I can't tell you how many times I've thought about good ideas for things, whether it be writeups or even videos for that matter, but then when I go to the computer I've already forgotten what I wanted to do. It's like my mind not only draws a blank, but its almost as if some glowie secretly living in my brain that I don't know about is deleting thoughts from my head just to mess with me. Huh, maybe I should consider making a journal too, or have a way to quickly note things down when I'm on the move (yes i already tried deleting the glowie, thanks for asking). That way I can reremember things!

So oddly enough, I actually started this site to showcase the stuff I was already making on Vidlii. For those who don't know, Vidlii is an old youtube clone. There are many like it but Vidlii is my favorite so far. I knew going into this I'd want to do more than just that, but initially I wasn't so sure what I'd want to do going forward. I kinda just winged it and figured the rest will follow. Thing is even when I do figure out what ideas I want and what to do with them, it may be easier said than done to put them into action. For instance, I've never made flash animations before. I know they would be shit when I start out, but I don't mind that. What I do find kind of annoying is now I'm going to have to deal with WINE because I use GNU/Linux and I refuse to install Windows after not touching it with a 10 foot pole since about 2019. Maybe Flash 8 will be easy to setup in WINE. According to cidoku, someone I met on vidlii, it is.

Well that sounds promising. I'll have to give that a shot and see if I can whip up something cool with this some day. Anyways, its my goal to improve my writing and video skills. I think I can take this site pretty far if I really want to, but if some bird ideas is the best I can do, thats okay with me. It's my site after all.
